Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill and Oven:
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400-450°F / 200-230°C).
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Toss the quartered potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil, ensuring they’re in a single layer.
  • Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
