Instructions
Step 1: Make the Dough
- In a small bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix the sugar, melted butter, egg, and yeast mixture.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
