For the Noodles:
- 2 packs (3 oz each) instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain if using sirloin or flank steak. Toss with 2 tbsp soy sauce and set aside to marinate (optional).
- Cook the Noodles
- In a medium pot, bring 2 cups of water or beef broth to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the Beef
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Make the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Combine Everything
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour the sauce over the beef and veggies, stirring to coat.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss to combine everything evenly.
