Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (50 g) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 3 cups (90 g) fresh spinach

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.

Step 2: Sauté the Spinach

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and a pinch of salt, cooking until wilted (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
