Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster and Shrimp:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
- For the lobster tails, use kitchen shears or a sharp knife to carefully cut down the center of the top shell, stopping at the base of the tail. Gently lift the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base. You can either leave the meat in the shell or remove it entirely, depending on your preference.
- For the shrimp, season them with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using).
- Season the lobster tails with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
