Air Fryer Turkey Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean recommended for juicier burgers)
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Olive oil spray

Instructions:
- Prepare the Mixture:
