Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Noodles
- Cook lo mein noodles or spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and toss with 1 tbsp sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper (if using). Set aside.
Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
- Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Step 4: Stir-Fry the Vegetables

- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, snap peas, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 5: Combine Everything

- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
- Use fresh or frozen shrimp depending on availability.
- Customize the vegetables with what you have on hand, like mushrooms, zucchini, or broccoli.
