- 1 lb (450g) ground chicken
 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 egg
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1/2 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 1 cup marinara sauce (or any preferred sauce)
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
 
 - Mix the Meatball Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
